Life is full of risk. Do I start the business? Do I buy the house? Conventional wisdom would tell you to de-risk to increase your security and thus net fulfillment in life. I would argue that there is immense beauty in risk and uncertainty. My life pursuits have always had elements of strategic risk as core components - it is where I find success and fulfillment in this world.
